Oracle Enterprise Manager: Secure connection failed Error code: ssl_error_weak_server_cert_key

When I launch Oracle EM, I kept getting this error


 

After lot of googling, found this solution

1) launch command prompt as administrator
2) Copy/Paste this command

certutil -setreg chain\minRSAPubKeyBitLength 512

And now, you have the option to continue
