alter table table_name enable row movement;

FLASHBACK TABLE table_name TO TIMESTAMP (SYSTIMESTAMP - INTERVAL '30' minute);

FLASHBACK TABLE table_name TO TIMESTAMP (SYSTIMESTAMP - INTERVAL '30' second);
